There is always something special when a talented Japanese Chef does French cuisine. The ingredients are quality. The dishes artistic. The tastes original. The wine list shows a deep passion for French wine. The best I have seen in Nice. It’s a gem.
As always a wonderful evening st L’Eau de vie. A warm and familiar atmosphere with a menu that is both refined and explorative, still with genuine roots in traditional french and japanese cooking. Perfect for family gatherings or a dinner with your closest friends. It is most likely impossible to get more for your money in Nice. We highly recommend a visit.
